Syafiq is the co-founder of 800Consultancy since established in 2022. Syafiq’s key expertise entailed within the sphere of administration, partnerships, stakeholders engagements, higher education governance-management and curriculum development & delivery.
 

Syafiq is currently the Executive Director of The Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES). In his previous role at PSB Academy, Syafiq was appointed as Co-Chairman of Module Assessment Board responsible for 5 schools (est. total 17,000 local and international students). In advancing industry engagement and managing publicity platform, he lead the school’s Industry Advisory Board, building and maintaining effective partnerships with senior industry stakeholders as part of organizational growth.

He is a people person, conferred Best Lecturer Award 2020 for his professional acumen & Best Academia and Industry Collaboration Award 2022. In 2021, Syafiq spearheaded a team of Coventry University students to break the National Books of Record, bringing national accolade for PSB Academy. He was also appointed in key leadership committee within PSB Academy, Government and Non-Government Organizations.

Syafiq holds a Masters of Education in Learning Science and Technologies from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Masters of Business Administration from University of Roehampton London, Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education from National Institute of Education (NIE) and Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from Coventry University and Executive Certificate in Finance from Harvard Business School.

Shahul Hamid is a strategic‐thinking professional with great-depth of experiences in Enterprise Risk Management and EHS focused-people management. Shahul has more than 30 years expertise in EHS and Security including Disaster/ Crisis Management and training. With his extensive experiences in performance and change management representation reporting at the Board, Corporate level and Regional management. Shahul is currently the responsible for Regional EHS in Asia Pacific and Japan Region, reporting to HP Global EHS management American MNC.

Dan Steele have more than 30 years expertise and a seasoned leader leading Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Sustainability programs and initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards across global facilities. My strategic approach to workplace safety and rigorous processes exemplifies my commitment to operational excellence and sustainable practices. As a certified Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP), I am adept at navigating complex regulatory environments and fostering a culture of safety leadership.

Dan Steele was Senior Director at Global Foundries for 25 years in leadership role managing Global EHS, Security and Crisis Management.

My journey through various leadership roles within Semiconductor, manufacturing, chemical and consulting industries has honed my expertise in EHS Management and Facilities Operations. I have successfully managed operations for several businesses, demonstrating a proven ability to lead large-scale projects and drive business continuity. My mission is to integrate EHS and sustainability best practices into the core of the business, ensuring both employee well-being and environmental stewardship within the cutting-edge field of semiconductor production. As a champion for safety and sustainability efforts, in 2011 I led the team that developed the first New Method approved by the UNFCC CDM (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Executive Board) for the semiconductor industry to reduce carbon emissions. In 2021, I led the team efforts to achieve ‘zero landfill’ UL 2799 certification for GF Singapore’s fabs, making GF Singapore the first site in Southeast Asia to achieve this certification. I also led the team efforts to attain ISO 15408 Common Criteria security certification for GF Singapore in 2012, which was the first such certification achieved for a semiconductor Fab and continues today.

I served as Chairperson of Singapore’s Business Continuity Council (2005-2010) under which Singapore’s Flu Pandemic Program was launched and served as Chairperson of Singapore’s Management Systems Standards Committee (2014-2017) under SPRING Singapore.

I am a key driver of innovation and sustainability in the semiconductor industry, where I also sit on the Sustainability Council of the Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association (SSIA), where we actively shape the industry's sustainability efforts. 

I have served as BoD Chairperson for GA (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd, Chengdu, China from 2020 to the present (previously GLOBALFOUNDRIES (Chengdu) Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Co.

I have presented at industry events or interviewed on industry related subjects. 

Kenny is an expert in BCM and have over 25 years of international experience in developing, implementing and managing business continuity and crisis management programs to protect organisations in industry and government from the impacts of business disruption risks.

Kenny is based out of Perth, Australia where he conduct BCM consulting in Australia and travel globally to conduct BCM strategic implementation for global organizations.

Managed the escalation and invocation of incident response, crisis management and business continuity arrangements in response to major incidents such as disease outbreaks, technology outages, terrorist attacks, social unrests, and security breaches across the Asia Pacific region.

Trained over 3,000 senior managers and executives from public and private sector organisations on business continuity, incident response, crisis management, business impact analysis, exercising of plans, and ISO 22301 implementation and auditing.
